This blue crystalline lidded jar stands 8 inches tall to the top of the finial and is about 5 inches wide. It was hand thrown on the potters wheel using porcelain clay. The finial on the lid was hand sculpted to add dynamism to the overall form complimenting the curve of the body and lid. The lid sits on a fairly deep collar so is secure and well fitting. The piece is entirely unique and is a beautiful example of crystalline ceramics.
